断広修行仕度旨被任願稽古
料五人扶持被下置候事
一 同十辰年九月

発之御病症相考申上御薬差上候
処御全快被遊候ニ付御紋付御羽織
并金五百疋
御同人様より被下置候事
一 安永二巳年正月親数十年相勤候ニ
付亡父御擬作之内三石壱人扶持被減
七石弐人扶持被下置会津勝手御番
医被 召出候
但只今迄之稽古料五人扶持
ハ被 召上候事
一 同月是迄之通於江戸表ニ医断修

処御全快を遊ばされ候につき御紋付御羽織
并びに金五百疋
御同人様より下し置かれ候事

Ordered to examine Lord Genkage-in, he diagnosed an undeveloped illness and presented medicine
As a result of the lord's complete recovery, he was granted a crested haori jacket
and 500 pieces of gold
from his lordship
- An'ei 2, Tsuchinoto-mi year (1773), first month: In recognition of his father's decades of service, three koku and one-person stipend were reduced from his late father's provisional allotment, and he was granted seven koku and two-person stipend and appointed as Aizu domain physician-in-ordinary
