行仕度旨被任願候事
一 同九子年正月常詰御側医ニ被
仰付是迄之御擬作ハ被 召上弐拾人
扶持被下置上御屋敷へ引移候様被
仰付候事
一 天明元丑年十月病用精出相勤候ニ
付薬種料金五両ツヽ年々被下置候
事
一 同二寅年正月御側医被 仰付間
も無之候へとも
上々様御保養之筋別而致出精他所
療治をも広相勤候ニ付
思召を以格別ニ御紋御羽織被下置候
事
一 同三卯年三月
蓮受院様御不例ニ而甚御六ケ敷御
様体ニ被為 入候ニ付御手医師其外共
被為 召御診被 仰付御評儀被成
候処何れも御虚労御下地之様申上候
依之甚御安事被遊信濃守様私を

his previous provisional allotment was withdrawn and he was granted a twenty-person
stipend and ordered to move to the upper residence
- Tenmei 1, Kanoto-ushi year (1781), tenth month: In recognition of his diligent service in medical duties,
he was granted five ryō annually for medicinal expenses
- Same year 2, Mizunoe-tora year (1782), first month: Though it had been only a short time since his appointment as attending physician,
he showed particular dedication to the healthcare of his superiors and also widely provided
medical treatment to others, therefore
by special consideration he was granted a crested haori jacket
- Same year 3, Mizunoto-u year (1783), third month:
Lord Renjuin fell gravely ill and entered an extremely
critical condition, so the chief physicians and others were
summoned and ordered to examine him, and consultations were held
where all reported it appeared to be a case of severe exhaustion and weakness
