春洞院様が御病気の際に精を出し候につき、加藤
作内様より銀子二枚を下し置かれ候事

When Lord Shundōin was ill, for diligent service,
two pieces of silver were granted by Lord Katō Sakunai.
- Same year, fourth month:
When Lord Renjuin was not feeling well, medicine was offered,
whereupon he made an appropriate recovery and completely recovered. For the celebration of leaving his sickbed, three bundles of cotton and 500 hiki of gold were granted.
- Same 9, Tsuchinoto-mi year (1797), eighth month:
When Lord Sadaaki was indisposed, for daily attendance and diligent service,
as reward one bundle of cotton was granted.
- Same 10, Kanoe-uma year (1798), tenth month:
When Lord Kyōtei had been unwell since this spring,
for offering medicine and his complete recovery, as reward
500 hiki of gold were granted.
- Same year, twelfth month: For many years of diligent service in health maintenance,
devoting heart and serving well with broad medical treatment,
for special reasons his seat was placed next to Tanaka Bun'an.
- Same month: For diligent service in personal attendance duties, one bundle
of cotton was granted, and henceforth [this] shall be granted yearly.
