良徳院様御病中御診罷出候ニ付綿

一 享和二戌年九月数年精出相勤
御保養筋心を付御家中《見せ消ち：娘｜始》他所共
広致療治切作も在之候ニ付御役
料三拾石被下置之旨被 仰出候

恭定様浮種之御気差最初心
付御療治手後ニ不相成様御手当等
宜致候ニ付御快方ニ被為成候段兼々心
を付候故之儀と被 思召依之為
御褒美御内々御紋御羽織并銀子五
枚被下置候事

恭定様御不例之節 御内意を以
一己願ニ致候而会津へ罷下御薬差上候へ
とも御同篇ニ付御転薬ニ相成候ニ付
同月江戸表へ罷登候

良徳院様が御病気の際に御診察に参上し候につき綿
一把を下し置かれ候事

御保養筋に心を付け御家中他所共に
広く療治を致し手術も在り候につき御役
料三十石を下し置かれる旨を仰せ出され候

恭定様の疱瘡の御病気の最初に心を
付け御療治し後に障害が残らないよう御手当等を
良く致し候につき御快方に成られ候段、兼々心を
付け候故の儀と思し召され、これにより
御褒美として御内々に御紋御羽織並びに銀子五
枚を下し置かれ候事

一己の願いに致し候て会津へ下り御薬を差し上げ候え
ども御同様につき御転地療法に相成り候につき

- Same 11, Kanoto-hitsuji year (1799), tenth month:
For attending to examine Lord Ryōtokuin during his illness, one bundle of cotton was granted.
- Kyōwa 2, Tsuchinoe-inu year (1802), ninth month: For many years of diligent service, paying attention to health maintenance matters, providing broad medical treatment to both the lord's household and others, and performing surgeries, a stipend of thirty koku was granted.
- Same 3, Tsuchinoto-i year (1803), third month:
At the onset of Lord Kyōtei's smallpox, for paying careful attention to medical treatment and providing good care to prevent complications, he recovered well. This was recognized as the result of constant attentiveness, and therefore as reward, privately a crested haori and five pieces of silver were granted.
- Bunka 2, Kinoto-ushi year (1805), seventh month:
When Lord Kyōtei was indisposed, acting on private instruction and making it a personal request, he went down to Aizu and offered medicine. However, since the condition remained the same, it was decided to try a change of location therapy, so in the same month he returned to Edo.
