However, when going down for the aforementioned official business, two pieces of silver from Lord Sadaaki and 300 hiki of gold from Lady Juhōin were granted in their presence.
- Same 5, Kinoe-tatsu year (1808), first month: For offering medicine and working diligently when Lady Juhōin was indisposed during the previous year, three ryō and two bu of gold were granted.
- Same 6, Kinoto-mi year (1809), sixth month: For diligent service in his family profession, Lord Matsudaira Izu-no-kami conveyed that he would be granted an audience with the shogunate at an appropriate opportunity.
Same seventh month: When having the audience, he was ordered to present one packet of medicine, and this medicine was also presented to His Excellency the Dainagon.
- Same 7, Kanoe-uma year (1810), second month: Due to Lord Andō Tsushima-no-kami's illness, at the request sent through a messenger, he went to examine the patient and offered medicine.
- Same year, third month: Due to there being items in reserve, by special consideration, one undergarment was granted.
- Same year, fifth month: Lord Wakisaka Nakatsukasa-dayū retired, and there was a messenger requesting assistance for Lord Tosho-no-kami's illness.
