去秋中上京致諸費も在之候由ニ付
上京中三人扶持被下置是迄被下

修行及兼候ニ付格別之訳を以弐人

帰ニ罷下帰府之節為御褒美金三

精進の候につき稽古料として年々金二両ずつ下し置かれ候事

英語訳
Due to his diligent studies, he was granted an annual study allowance of 2 ryō of gold each year
- Bunka 1, Kanoe-ne year (1804), second month: For training in both Confucian studies and medicine
Having gone to Kyoto last autumn with various expenses incurred,
he was granted 3-person food allowance during his stay in Kyoto, and the expense money
previously granted was recalled
- Same year, ninth month: Due to many expenses during his stay in Kyoto and his inability
to pursue his studies as desired, he was granted an additional 2-person
food allowance as a special consideration
- Same 2nd year, Kanoto-ushi (1805), twelfth month: Upon his return to Edo, it was
announced that he would be granted an annual 3-person food allowance
as study support
- Same 3rd year, Mizunoe-tora (1806), fourth month: He accompanied court ladies on their return to Aizu,
and upon his return to Edo, he was granted 300 hiki of gold
as a reward
- Same year, seventh month: As requested, he began training
at a town residence
- Same 8th year, Tsuchinoto-hitsuji (1811), fifth month: Having diligently practiced medicine without neglect
and performed medical treatments, he was appointed to take the lord's pulse
for medical examination
