一 同九申年八月 病用致し出精候につき年々薬種料五両ずつ下し置かれる旨仰せ出され候事

英語訳
- Same year, tenth month: His family inheritance of 100 koku stipend was granted without change. Having properly promoted medical arts and performed treatments, he was appointed as regular attending physician. His father Genzui having served faithfully for several decades, he was specially ordered to appear for medical examinations from time to time.
- Same 9th year, Tsuchinoe-saru (1812), eighth month: Having diligently attended to medical duties, it was announced that he would be granted 5 ryō annually for medicinal materials.
- Same 10th year, Kanoto-tori (1813), second month: Having compounded medicines for Kaishin-in and diligently served night duty shifts, he was granted 500 hiki of gold.
