且数年功作も有之候ニ付格別之訳ケ
以席女中附之上ニ被 仰付候事
一 同年十一月御勘定役人之銘儀被相
止御代官勤被 仰付南山懸りニいたし
相勤御蔵入吟味役之方是迄之通兼

現代語訳
かつ数年の功績もあったことにより、格別の理由を
もって席次を女中付きの上に仰せ付けられた事
一 同年十一月、御勘定役人の銘々を相
止め、御代官勤めを仰せ付けられ、南山担当として
相勤め、御蔵入吟味役の方はこれまで通り兼
務するよう仰せ付けられた事
一 文化二丑年三月、当務を御免になり、御家
老付二之寄合組を仰せ付けられた事
一 同年八月、越後御蔵入御代官勤め、
吟味役兼務を当座仮役として仰せ付けられた事
一 同三寅年三月、越後御蔵入御代官
勤め吟味役兼務を仰せ付けられた事
一 同年十一月、遠藤茂久治の出役跡の御蔵
入御勘定頭を当座仮役として仰せ付けられた
ただし、この後同人の出役あるいは病気等の節に
度々仰せ付けられた事
一 同六巳年八月、数年精励して相勤め、地下の
教諭方に心を配り、越後御預所の免切替に
勤労したことにより、御役料二石を下し置かれた

Moreover, having achieved merit over several years, for special reasons
he was appointed to a rank above the ladies-in-waiting attendants.
一 In the 11th month of the same year, the individual accounting officer positions were
discontinued, and he was appointed to serve as deputy magistrate (godaikan) in charge of the Nanzan district,
while continuing to concurrently serve as domain land investigation officer as before.
一 In the 3rd month of Bunka 2, Year of the Ox (March 1805), he was relieved of current duties and
appointed to the second-rank council group under the chief retainer.
一 In the 8th month of the same year, he was appointed as temporary deputy magistrate
of Echigo domain lands, concurrently serving as investigation officer.
一 In the 3rd month of Bunka 3, Year of the Tiger (March 1806), he was formally appointed as deputy magistrate
of Echigo domain lands, concurrently serving as investigation officer.
一 In the 11th month of the same year, he was appointed as temporary head of domain land accounting,
replacing Endo Mohisaharu's position.
However, thereafter he was frequently appointed to this position
when the said person was on duty elsewhere or ill.
一 In the 8th month of Bunka 6, Year of the Snake (August 1809), having served diligently for several years and
paying attention to the instruction of local farmers, and having labored in the land tax assessment changes in Echigo territory,
he was granted an additional stipend of 2 koku.
