取計致勤労候ニ付為御褒美銀子

取調ニ付而者右吟味物之儀懸りニ而
臨時之御用精出相勤候段被 仰出

一 同十四丑年三月数拾年精出
実体ニ相勤候ニ付只今迄之御役料弐
石江壱人扶持御添御加増ニ御直被下

新建普請跡々修覆共ニ本途出
方ニ不相成用考量方宜取計右建
現代語訳
一 同八未年十一月、清水作右衛門の三ヶ所の
屋敷を下し置かれた事
一 同九申年四月、御蔵入御勘定頭並びに
吟味役兼務を仰せ付けられた事
一 同十酉年十一月、精励して相勤め、新しい
御預所取調方の儀について御仕来の通り御仕
置きが相成ったことにより、多端の御用向きを適切に
取り計らい勤労したことにつき、御褒美として銀子
三枚、綿二把を下し置かれた事
一 同十三子年十二月、御家世実記の
取調につき、右の吟味物の儀の担当として
臨時の御用を精励して相勤めた段を仰せ出された
事
一 同十四丑年三月、数十年精励し
実体をもって相勤めたことにより、只今までの御役料二
石に一人扶持を御添えとして御加増に御直々に下し
置かれた事

新建普請跡々修覆ともに本途の出
方に相成らず、用向考量方を適切に取り計らい右建

一 In the 11th month of Bunka 8, Year of the Sheep (November 1811), he was granted
three residential plots that had belonged to Shimizu Sakuemon.
一 In the 4th month of Bunka 9, Year of the Monkey (April 1812), he was appointed as head of domain land accounting
and concurrently as investigation officer.
一 In the 11th month of Bunka 10, Year of the Rooster (November 1813), having served diligently, and regarding the matter of
investigating the new domain territories, the administrative arrangements were completed according to established practice,
and for appropriately handling the numerous official duties and laboring diligently, he was rewarded with
three pieces of silver and two bundles of cotton.
一 In the 12th month of Bunka 13, Year of the Rat (December 1816), regarding the compilation of the "Genealogical Records of the Domain Houses,"
he was assigned to handle the investigation materials for this project
and it was officially announced that he had diligently served in this special duty.
一 In the 3rd month of Bunka 14, Year of the Ox (March 1817), having served diligently and faithfully
for several decades, his current stipend of 2 koku
was increased by the direct addition of one person's food allowance.
