起脹《割書：みつもり｜三日》此時を起泛とも云
此時起脹かひなきはむつかしく外邪に押（おさ）へらるゝは千金内托（せんきんないたく）
散にて発すべし虚して起脹せぬせぬは帰茸（きじやう）湯或は十 全（せん）大
補（ふ）湯に鹿（ろく）茸を加へ与べし若毒気 強（つよ）く稠密（ちうみつ）とて
地 界（がい）分（わか）たずべつたりとするは犀角消毒飲（さいかくせう いん）瘡毒（くさけ）
多くして起脹せぬは散は消毒丸（せう ぐわん）を用て解散すべし惣（そう）
身（み）くさ気にて痒（かゆ）がるは此丸薬用てよし血気不足し
かゆがりかき破（やぶ）りもだへるは参芪（じんぎ）桂附（けいぶ）#1の類に乳汁（にうしう）酒（さけ）丁（てう）

【右丁】
甘草（少量） 生姜（一片） 右は大小（年齢）に応じて分量を調整して煎じて用いる。三日の内に汗を発すればそれで限りとすべし。強いて進めてはならない。熱が去り、痘瘡が快く出るのである。
報痘（ほみせ・三日）出揃いを兼ねて言う
頭に粒ができるのを俗に「御先頭」と言う。早く出たという意味である。出ないものについては、虚証ならば保元湯にて出すべし。通用は紫草化斑湯または透肌散にて出す。この時吐瀉があるのは熱が強いためである。神功散に升麻を少し加えて用いる。顔の色が一面に赤いときには前胡を倍にして加えるべし。

起脹（みずもり・三日）この時を起泛とも言う
この時起脹の甲斐がないのは難しく、外邪に押さえられるのは千金内托散にて発すべし。虚して起脹しないのは帰茸湯或いは十全大補湯に鹿茸を加えて与えるべし。もし毒気が強く稠密といって地界が分からずべったりとするのは犀角消毒飲。瘡毒が多くして起脹しないのは消毒丸を用いて解散すべし。総身が臭気にて痒がるのはこの丸薬を用いてよし。血気不足して痒がりかき破ってもだえるのは参芪桂附の類に乳汁・酒・丁香などを内托八物の類に加えて用いるべし。ただし起脹すれば

Rising swelling (mizumori - three days) - this time is also called ki-han
When rising swelling is ineffective at this time, it is difficult. When suppressed by external pathogens, use Senkin-naitaku-san to induce it. When deficient and not rising/swelling, give Kijo-to or Juzen-taiho-to with deer antler added.
