物事におそるゝ也はやく元気を引立へし若 初（はしめ）に解
毒の薬を用ひざれば収靨しかぬるなり発熱して煩

かせる也多く用ゆれば蚘（くわい）虫とて食虫（わきむし）を呼出（よびいた）すもの也

薬剤を緩やかにして用いる。桂附（桂枝・附子）が多ければ上部を薫蒸して、眼に毒が入るであろう。余熱によって腫れ物が多く出ることがある。
貫膿（山開け・三日）漿足といって血が十分に化して膿となることである。
満ち膨れるのを良しとする。この時白っぽい色で張りがないのは冷えたか下痢したために山開けしないのである。内托散に丁香・乳汁・糯米を加えて用いれば貫膿する。この時寒気や歯ぎしりがあるのは甚だしい虚証である。附子理中湯を用いるべし。もし全身を擦り破るなら新しい瓦の粉を以てひねりかけるべし。乾嘔には異功散を用いるべし。とにかく油断なく看病すべし。

収靨（枯れしぼ・三日）回水を兼ねて見るべし。
この時回水といって膿汁が内より小便に下りて痂（かさぶた）を作るのである。いずれも追々枯れるものなり。この時総身の気血が衰えて物事を恐れるようになる。早く元気を立て直すべし。もし初めに解毒の薬を用いなければ収靨しにくくなる。発熱して煩渇するには甘露回天飲を用いる。ただし一大碗用いて熱を去り枯らすのである。多く用いれば蚘虫といって食虫（回虫）を呼び出すものである。蚘虫を多く吐くのは難しく、この時瘀血が腹に滞り腹痛すれば手捻散を用いるべし。通用の引き立て薬は保元湯・補中
