太平の治（ち）にあふ事すでに百六十年に及べりゆへに衣食の

太平の治世に遭うこと既に百六十年に及んでいるため、衣食の労苦は少なく、身は安楽にして少しも奔走逃亡の辛苦がなく、いわゆる父母たる者は温飽の間に病を醸し、ついにはその子に種を残す。まして性行も多くは教えに似るのであるから、その胎毒となるものに三つの品がある。血と熱と湿である。あるときは湿熱と合し、あるときは血熱と合し、あるときは偏に湿、あるときは偏に熱が伝わり移って変化し、後に胎内の一毒となる。癩病、梅毒、肺病、喘息、疳積の類はみな父母から譲り受けて家を継ぐ病であり、世に多い。すべて胎毒というのももっともである。ただし多少は時において過不及があって、邪気の振るうのに
