本草家に曰く 野決明（センダイハギ）
仙台萩
大和本草に曰く
苜蓿は恐らく仙台萩であろうと言うが、これは間違いである。
地錦抄に曰く、苜蓿の図は全く別物である。よくスイモノ草に
似ている。

大和本草にも曰く、決明には二種あると言う
一種はこれであろうか。決明（エニシダ）の二字はケツメイ
である。別物である。決明（ケツメイ）をエニシダと
書くことは少ない。和名類聚抄に和名「衣比須久佐」
の名がある。これは秋に咲く決明である。後人は
これを分けて考えるべきである。また考えるに、決明と付く者は
二種に限らず甚だ多い。ここの条では言葉が煩雑で
まとまらない。
本草一家言に云く
エニシダ 花は鷹瓜（レダマ）金雀花（キンジャクカ）に似ると云う
私が言うには
エニシダは連珠と同名同類で
花を見て分けるのは難しい

Chikkinshō says the illustration of mokusetsu is completely different. It closely

Yamato Honzō also says there are two types of ketsubō
Is one type this? The two characters ketsubō (Enishida) are
ketsubō. They are different things. It is rare to write ketsubō (ketsubō) as Enishida.
In Wamyō Ruijushō there is the Japanese name "Ehisukusa."
This is the autumn-blooming ketsubō. Later scholars should
separate and consider these. Also, upon consideration, things called ketsubō
are not limited to two types but are very numerous. In this section the language is complicated and
does not come together clearly.
Honzō Ikkagen says:
Enishida: The flowers resemble takagua (redama) and kinjakka
I say:
Enishida and renju have the same name and are of the same type,
making them difficult to distinguish by their flowers
