現代語訳
一、同日右同断につき本多大蔵はじめ御家老・御城代へ御書を差し上げた。
一、五月（日付不詳）江戸において御家中の入浴を許可する件について、先々当分の間は取りやめるよう仰せ出された。
一、六月三日、御使者御留守居大谷一右衛門を以て、御先代の通り御国産初鯖（三十刺）を献上した。
一、同月六日、暑中につき御使者御留守居宮北十郎左衛門（定由）を以て、御先代の通り素麺一箱（千把入）を献上した。右の御披露が済んだ後、御奉書が御用番松平左近将監殿から来た。

一、同月七日、暑中につき御機嫌伺いのため、御用番松平左近将監殿へ御使者御留守居大谷一右衛門を差し出した。
英語訳
One: On the same day, for the same occasion mentioned above, a letter was sent to Honda Ōkura and other chief retainers and castle deputies.
One: In the fifth month (date unclear), regarding the matter of permitting bathing for the household retainers in Edo, it was decreed that this should be suspended for the time being.
One: On the third day of the sixth month, through the messenger and caretaker Ōtani Ichiemon, the first mackerel of the local produce (30 fish) was presented according to the precedent of the previous lord.
One: On the sixth day of the same month, due to the summer heat, through the messenger and caretaker Miyakita Jūrōzaemon (Sadayoshi), one box of thin noodles (containing 1,000 bundles) was presented according to the precedent of the previous lord. After this presentation was completed, an official letter came from the duty officer Matsudaira Sakon-no-shōgen.
