六月日
一、同日 藩主交代に付き遠州荒井の関所における女性通行手形について、家老の判鑑を松平伊豆守殿へ使者を以て提出したところ、後日これまでの判鑑が使者を以て返却された。
一、六月二十八日 （藩主が）幼年のため国政については家老が相談の上で執り行うことになっているため、一紙の起請文を家老が相談の上で整え、江戸表へ提出した。
一、七月六日 生見玉の御祝儀として、御使者である御留守居の大関新五左衛門直看を以て、御先代の通り黄金十両を献上した。江戸城柳の間において御老中安藤対馬守信友殿が出座され、御奏者番の内藤伊賀守殿へ差し上げた。右の御披露が済んだ後、御奉書が対馬守殿より到来した。

1. Same day: Regarding the women's travel permits for Enshu Arai checkpoint due to the change of domain lord, the karō's (chief retainer's) official seal was submitted to Lord Matsudaira Izu-no-kami through a messenger. Later, the previous seal was returned through a messenger.
1. June 28th: Since [the lord] is of young age, domain administration is to be conducted through consultation among the karō. Therefore, a one-sheet pledge document was prepared through karō consultation and submitted to Edo.
1. July 6th: For the celebration of ikimidama, through the messenger and Edo residence keeper Ōzeki Shingorōzaemon Naotaka, ten ryō of gold was献上 as per the precedent of the previous lord. At the Yanagi-no-ma hall of Edo Castle, Rōjū Andō Tsushima-no-kami Nobutomo presided, and it was presented to Sōshaban Naitō Iga-no-kami. After the formal presentation was completed, an official letter arrived from Lord Tsushima-no-kami.
