建部志摩守殿へ御家老芦田右衛門が左の通りの御届書を提出した。
「転切支丹の類族病死の覚
越前国足羽郡福井城下松平千次郎家来、転切支丹田代養仙の孫で本人も同じく転切支丹の田代養山の嫡男田代養元が、当辰年二月二十七日に八十二歳で病死いたしました。菩提寺は右城下の禅宗泰清院で取り置き申しております。
右の通り一人の類族が病死いたしましたが、千次郎が幼年のため、私どもより御報告申し上げます。以上」

一、七月（日付詳細不明） 当節の御簡略により、江戸表において小荷駄者の御馬二十五疋をお繋ぎになるべき旨が仰せ出された。
一、八月朔日 御祝儀のため御使者御物頭堀新左衛門を以て、御先代の通り御太刀馬代（黄金十両）を献上した。右の御披露済みの後、御奉書が御用番水野和泉守忠之殿より到来した。

Karō Ashida Uemon submitted the following report to Lord Tatebe Shima-no-kami:
"Record of Death by Illness of Former Christian Lineage
A retainer of Matsudaira Senjirō in Fukui castle town, Ashiwa District, Echizen Province - Tashiro Yōgen, eldest son of Tashiro Yōzan (a converted Christian), grandson of converted Christian Tashiro Yōsen, and himself also a former Christian, died of illness on February 27th of this Dragon year at the age of 82. His family temple is the Zen sect temple Taiseiin in the aforementioned castle town, where arrangements have been made.
As reported above, one person of this lineage has died of illness. Since Senjirō is of young age, we report this on his behalf. End."

1. 7th month (date unclear): Due to current simplification measures, it was announced that 25 pack-horse attendant horses should be kept stabled at the Edo residence.
1. 1st day of 8th month: For celebratory purposes, through messenger and horse magistrate Hori Shinzaemon, a ceremonial sword and horse fee (ten ryō of gold) were presented as in previous generations. After this presentation was completed, an official letter arrived from Goyōban Mizuno Izumi-no-kami Tadayuki.
