末々迄三ケ一御免之事
附
右三月頃江戸江参其年五月中迄ニ自然
御返被成面々有之候ハヽ其年之上納江
戸詰帰年之並ニ可仕六月以後ニ至而御返シ
被成候ハヽ其年之御借米江戸ニ相詰候並
上納可仕定詰之面々御国江御返し被成候而も
六月以後罷帰候者其年之御借米江戸詰
並上納可仕末々ニ至迄可右准事
一秋替江戸江参候者も春替之通其前年并罷
越候年共右江戸詰定之通弐歩通上納可指上
罷帰年ハ暮ニ罷帰候而も江戸詰帰年並
之上納可仕事

八月頃ニ参候面々有之候ハヽ其年之上
納江戸詰帰年之並ニ可指上霜月以後
御返し被成候ハヽ其歳之御借米江戸ニ相詰
候並上納可仕事
一十月ニ至江戸江参候者ハ其年并罷帰候年共ニ
右江戸詰定之通弐歩通上納可指上事

末々まで三分の一御免のこと
附
右三月頃江戸へ参り、その年五月中までに自然
御返しになられる面々これあり候わば、その年の上納は江
戸詰帰年の並びに仕るべし。六月以後に至って御返し
になられ候わば、その年の御借米は江戸に相詰め候並びに
上納仕るべし。定詰の面々を御国へ御返しになられ候ても
六月以後罷帰り候者は、その年の御借米は江戸詰
並びに上納仕るべし。末々に至るまで右に准ずること
一、秋替で江戸へ参り候者も春替の通り、その前年並びに罷
越し候年とも、右江戸詰定めの通り二歩通り上納指し上げるべし。
罷帰る年は暮に罷帰り候ても江戸詰帰年並びの
上納仕るべきこと

八月頃に参り候面々これあり候わば、その年の上
納は江戸詰帰年の並びに指し上げるべし。霜月以後
御返しになられ候わば、その歳の御借米は江戸に相詰め
候並びに上納仕るべきこと
一、十月に至り江戸へ参り候者は、その年並びに罷帰り候年ともに
右江戸詰定めの通り二歩通り上納指し上げるべきこと

up to the lowest ranks shall receive one-third exemption
Addendum:
For those who go to Edo around the third month, if there are those who are naturally
returned by mid-May of that year, the tribute for that year shall be
the same as for those returning from Edo duty. If they are returned
after June, the rice loan for that year shall be paid as tribute
at the same rate as those stationed in Edo. Even if regular stationed personnel are returned to the domain,
those who return after June shall pay the rice loan for that year as tribute
at the same rate as Edo duty. This principle shall apply down to the lowest ranks.
1. Those who go to Edo on autumn rotation duty shall also follow the same rules as spring rotation: for both the previous year and the year
of crossing over, they shall submit tribute at the 2 bu rate as stipulated for Edo duty.
In the year of return, even if they return at year's end, they shall pay tribute
at the same rate as those returning from Edo duty.
Addendum:
If there are those who go around August, the tribute for that year
shall be submitted at the same rate as those returning from Edo duty. If they are returned after
the eleventh month, the rice loan for that year shall be paid as tribute
at the same rate as those stationed in Edo.
1. Those who go to Edo as late as October shall, for both that year and the year of return,
submit tribute at the 2 bu rate as stipulated for Edo duty.
