十月ニ参自然極月中迄ニ御返被成面々
有之候ハヽ其年之御借米ハ江戸詰定之通
一歩通上納可仕翌正月以後御返被成候ハヽ其
年之御借米江戸ニ相詰候並上納可仕事
一江戸并他国御使者馬所持以上身代相応ニ人馬
召連罷越候者江戸詰並之上納可指上事
一御切米取江戸表江御使其外就御用罷越不時ニ
逗留仕候儀有之時上納米御借被成内ハ末々迄
逗留中増扶持方米被下上納御免無之事
一定御供之内御国江被残置候面々ハ御国並ニ上
納可仕事
一江戸表江御使者ニ罷越候面々道中軽く仕罷
越於江戸御貸人被 仰付筈上納之儀ハ御定

十月に参り、自然極月中までに御返しになられる面々
これあり候わば、その年の御借米は江戸詰定めの通り
一歩通り上納仕るべし。翌正月以後御返しになられ候わば、その
年の御借米は江戸に相詰め候並びに上納仕るべきこと
一、江戸並びに他国御使者で馬所持以上身代相応に人馬を
召し連れ罷り越し候者は、江戸詰並びの上納指し上げるべきこと
一、御切米取で江戸表へ御使その他御用につき罷り越し、不時に
逗留仕り候儀これある時、上納米御借りになられている内は末々まで
逗留中増扶持方米を下され、上納御免なきこと
一、定御供の内御国へ残し置かれ候面々は御国並びに上
納仕るべきこと
一、江戸表へ御使者に罷り越し候面々は道中軽く仕り罷り
越し、江戸において御貸人を仰せ付けられる筈。上納の儀は御定め
の通り仕るべきこと

にて男女ともに扶持切米切符銀下される筈。春成院へは以後年々七十
両ずつ下される段仰せ出だされ

Addendum:
For those who go in October, if there are those who are naturally
returned by the end of the twelfth month, the rice loan for that year shall be paid as tribute
at the 1 bu rate as stipulated for Edo duty. If they are returned after the following New Year, the
rice loan for that year shall be paid as tribute at the same rate as those stationed in Edo.
1. Envoys to Edo and other provinces who possess horses and bring appropriate retinues of men and horses
according to their status shall submit tribute at the same rate as Edo duty.
1. When stipend rice recipients who go to Edo as envoys or for other official duties
stay unexpectedly for extended periods, while tribute rice is being borrowed, down to the lowest ranks
they shall receive additional sustenance rice during their stay, with no exemption from tribute.
1. Among the regular retinue, those who remain in the domain
shall pay tribute at the domain rate.
1. Those who go to Edo as envoys shall travel light on the journey,
and money lenders shall be appointed for them in Edo. Regarding tribute matters, they shall follow
the established regulations.
August
1. August (marginal note: day unspecified) - Regarding Princess Katsu's relief rice, hereafter 2,500 hyō shall be provided, and from this amount,
both men and women shall receive sustenance, stipend rice, and silver certificates. To Shunseiin, hereafter 70
ryō each year shall be provided - this was proclaimed.
