一、十月二十四日、初姫様の御様体が御順快になったことに付き、京都の医師上田養安は昨日二十三日に御暇を下賜され、拝領物を仰せ付けられ、今日出立することに付き、御使番飯沼九太夫が道中を指し添えられた。
一、同月二十五日、切支丹御証文について、御幼年に付き御家老本多縫殿が印判・書判にて建部志摩守殿、彦坂壱岐守殿へ指し出した。
ただし、右の御証文指し出しの件は以後定例であるため記録しない。
一、同月二十六日、御用番安藤対馬守《割書：重行》殿より御呼び出しがあり、御留守居宮北十郎左衛門《割書：定由》が罷り出た所、先達て御頼みになられた本多縫殿・岡部左膳の乗物御免の旨を左の通り御書付を以て申し渡された。

1. October 24th, Regarding Princess Hatsu's recovery to good health, the Kyoto physician Ueda Yōan was granted leave yesterday on the 23rd, was ordered to receive gifts, and departed today, with messenger Iinuma Kutayū assigned to accompany him on the journey.
1. The 25th of the same month, Regarding the Christian oath document, due to [the lord's] young age, senior retainer Honda Nuinodono submitted it with his seal and signature to Lord Takebe Shima-no-Kami and Lord Hikosaka Iki-no-Kami.
