駕籠 岡部左膳
右の乗物・駕籠の願いが相済んだので、御目付稲葉多宮の宅で誓詞の判元を見ることとなった。
一、十月二十七日、右の件と同様に付き、御家老本多縫殿・岡部左膳は御目付稲葉多宮殿の宅へ赴き、誓詞を整え、それより御礼のため御用番安藤対馬守《割書：重行》殿並びに目付中へ勤めを果たした。
一、十一月十一日、東叡山において常憲院様十七回忌の御法事があったことに付き、御使者として御奏者番宇都宮治部左衛門を以て御香奠銀五枚を献上した《割書：去る十八日御触達》。同所の御本坊へ相納めた。
一、同日、御法事が済んだことに付き、御用番水野和泉守殿へ御使者として御留守居大谷一右衛門を指し出した。
一、同月十五日、長福様の御事について、今日御弘めがあり、以後は若君様とお呼び申すべき旨が仰せ出された。
一、同月十六日、右の件と同様に付き、京都所司代松平伊賀守殿へ御書を遣わされた。
ただし、公儀の御祝儀の事・御機嫌伺い等にて御老中へ相勤めることがあった。

The above requests for palanquin and sedan chair having been approved, the seal verification of the oath document was to be witnessed at the residence of Inspector Inaba Tamiya.
1. October 27th, Regarding the same matter as above, Senior Retainer Honda Nuinodono and Okabe Sazen went to the residence of Inspector Lord Inaba Tamiya, prepared the oath document, and then performed their duties of gratitude to Duty Officer Lord Andō Tsushima-no-Kami (marginal note: Shigeyuki) and the inspectors.
1. November 11th, Regarding the 17th memorial service for Lord Jōken'in held at Tōeizan, Messenger and Master of Court Ceremonies Utsunomiya Jibu-zaemon presented five pieces of incense money silver (marginal note: official notice issued on the 18th of last month). This was deposited at the main temple quarters of the same location.
1. The same day, Regarding the completion of the memorial service, Messenger and Castle Keeper Ōtani Ichiemon was sent to Duty Officer Lord Mizuno Izumi-no-Kami.
1. The 15th of the same month, Regarding Lord Chōfuku, there was an official announcement today, and it was declared that hereafter he should be addressed as Young Lord (Wakagimi).
1. The 16th of the same month, Regarding the same matter as above, an official letter was sent to Kyoto Deputy Lord Matsudaira Iga-no-Kami.
However, there were duties performed to the Senior Councilors regarding official congratulations and courtesy inquiries.
