一元日御三家初松平加賀守溜詰其外万石以上登
城之面々嫡子共布衣以上之御役人法印法眼之
医師可有出仕且又表高家寄合三四人宛并御番
衆一組ゟ一両人宛小役人も一役ゟ一両人宛出仕之事
現代語訳
一、十二月六日 寒中につき御使者として御留守居宮北十郎左衛門《割書：定由》を以て御先代の通り《割書：二番》生鱈《割書：三尾》を献上した。
一、同月八日 初雪につき御機嫌伺いのため御使者として御留守居大関新五左衛門《割書：直看》を御城へ指し出し、御目付長谷川与左衛門殿に謁見した。
ただし右の初雪につき御機嫌伺いの儀は以後定例のため記さない。
一、同月十六日 評定納めにつき御伺いとして御膳番を以て御先代の通り評定所へ御鷹の鴨《割書：二羽》を下賜した。
一、同月《割書：日付不詳》松平伊賀守殿が加判の列に仰せ付けられた。
一、同月二十一日 歳暮のお祝儀として御使者御留守居大谷一右衛門を以て御先代の通り御小袖二枚《割書：熨斗目裏茶、綸子裏紅》を献上した。
一、同月二十九日 大目付中より二の丸へ年中出仕並びに献上物の儀につき左の通り御回状が来た。
二の丸へ出仕の覚

一、元日 御三家初め松平加賀守溜詰その外万石以上登城の面々、嫡子共、布衣以上の御役人、法印法眼の医師は出仕すべきこと。かつまた表高家寄合三、四人ずつ並びに御番衆一組より一、二人ずつ、小役人も一役より一、二人ずつ出仕のこと。

1. Same month, 8th day: Due to the first snow, messenger and castle keeper Ōseki Shingozaemon《marginal note: Naomi》 was sent to the castle to inquire after His Lordship's health, and had an audience with Inspector Hasegawa Yozaemon.
However, inquiries after His Lordship's health due to first snow will not be recorded hereafter as they are routine.
1. Same month, 16th day: For the year-end evaluation ceremony, as an inquiry through the meal attendant, hawks' ducks《marginal note: two birds》 were bestowed upon the evaluation office as per precedent.

1. New Year's Day: The three main branches, beginning with Matsudaira Kaga-no-Kami of the waiting room, and others of ten thousand koku or more who attend the castle, their eldest sons, officials of布衣 rank and above, and physicians of hōin and hōgen rank shall attend. Furthermore, three to four prominent high-ranking families each, one to two people from each guard unit, and one to two people from each minor official position shall attend.
