Physicians of hōin and hōgen ranks shall attend, two to three council members each, one to two minor officials from each position shall attend.

Following the current practice of offerings to the Shogun, two sets of seasonal clothing each shall be presented.
1. New Year and Hassaku ceremonial swords and horse substitutes
They shall be presented in the same quantities as currently offered to the Shogun.
1. Offerings for sankin kotai audience

One gold piece 50,000 to 99,000 koku
