Naidaijin, Tsuchimikado Head of Onmyoji, and
Takakura Jiju, it was ordered that Lord Kii Dainagon, Lord Owari
Dainagon, and Lord Mito Chunagon,
along with the tamari-zume including Matsudaira Omi-no-kami and Matsudaira
Matsudaira Shikibu-no-taiyu (hereditary daimyo)
should ascend to the castle and proceed to the outer palace
