弾正大弼領内羽州米沢村山上村通町と申所より
去十五日申之刻より出火城下町ハ延焼同夜子刻鎮
火仕候右焼失之覚
一弐百弐軒 諸士屋敷 一五軒 寺院
一三百三十四軒 町屋敷 一同断 修験
一五十八軒 右名主 一百九十棟土蔵
一弐百二十二軒 物置小屋 一四ヶ所 堂社
之通御座候城内二三丸別状無御座候焼失人并死
牛馬無御座候此段御届申上候以上

一、上杉からの達書
弾正大弼の領内である羽州米沢村山上村通町という所より
去る十五日申の刻より出火し、城下町は延焼したが同夜子の刻に鎮
火いたしました。右の焼失の覚書
一、二百二軒 諸士屋敷 一、五軒 寺院
一、三百三十四軒 町屋敷 一、同断 修験
一、五十八軒 右名主 一、百九十棟 土蔵

以上の通りでございます。城内には三の丸に別状はございません。焼失した人および死亡した

From a place called Tōrichō in Murayama Kamimura, Yonezawa, Ushū, within the domain of Danjō-daihitsu
A fire broke out on the 15th at the hour of the Monkey, and though the castle town suffered from the spreading flames, the fire was extinguished during the hour of the Rat on the same night. Record of the fire damage:

The above is the situation. There was no particular damage to the third bailey within the castle grounds. There were no human casualties from the fire nor deaths of cattle or horses. I hereby report this matter. The above.

In my domain of Tagawa District and Akumi District in Shōnai, Ushū, from the 5th of last month
until the 6th, rain fell and snow melted, causing rivers to flood with water levels rising more than 9 shaku above normal, resulting in water flooding into rice fields and dry fields, and causing damage. Record of damaged locations:
