これにより城中の件については特に差し支えはございませんでしたが、所々に破損が生じ、町や在方等にも多数の被害がございます。また大風雨により川々が急激に満水し、堤防の所々に難所が生じ、数ヶ所で決壊した様子が聞こえてまいります。もっとも、この時期は苗代の季節でございますところ、差し支える村方も多く、春作も格別に痛んでいるとのことでございます。遠方の村方については様子もまだ分からず、もちろん堤防の除去、石籠、刎籠の破損箇所、その外怪我人・死人・牛馬の損失については分かりません。在所の家来共より申し越しております。詳細については追って申し上げることができますが、まずはこの件をお届け申し上げます。以上
