一軍勢甲乙人等乱妨狼藉事
一放火事
一対地下人相懸非分族事
右條々堅令停止訖若違犯輩有之者速可
處厳科者成

此両人古国府江遣候間路次無異儀可被仰付候
即先度ゟ如申入候御制札被遣候間可被成其御
心得候恐惶謹言

一寺内陣取免許事
一当寺内江奉公人不可出入事

恐れ謹んで申し上げます。

一、軍勢・甲乙人等の乱妨狼藉のこと
一、放火のこと
一、地下人に対し相懸け非分の族のこと
右の条々堅く停止を命ず。もし違犯の輩これ有らば速やかに厳科に処すべきものなり。
天正十三年七月 日
この両人を古国府へ遣わし候間、路次異儀なく仰せ付けらるべく候。
すなわち先度より申し入れ候如く、御制札を遣わされ候間、その御心得をなされるべく候。恐れ謹んで申し上げます。

The above articles are strictly prohibited. If there are any violators, they shall be swiftly subjected to severe punishment.
Tensho 13th year, July __ day
These two persons are being sent to Kokufu, so please ensure safe passage along the route.
As previously requested, the regulatory notice is being sent, so please take note accordingly. Respectfully and humbly submitted.
