右射水郡西田国泰寺伝来也
一三州志故墟考に云越中国射水郡守山の城主
神保安芸守氏春也天正十三年佐々成政大
敗降服依＿レ之放＿二領内砺波射水婦負三郡＿一而
豊太閤賜＿二前田家＿一藩祖置＿二岡島備中一元＿一
同年九月世子者自＿二加賀刻松任＿一移＿二住すと干此＿一
平次按に右古国府の制札幷国泰寺書簡等
為＿下閏八月賜＿二 三郡＿一之攷証＿上載＿レ焉
一又今旧藩士中所の＿レ賜国初以来之家
禄釆地判印書各其子孫伝而為＿二家
珍＿一寺西子氏所＿レ伝之判書如＿レ左
越中国拝領分内を以六百俵令
扶助畢全可有知行状如件

国泰寺 名乗判
侍者禅師
右は射水郡西田国泰寺の伝来なり
一、『三州志故墟考』に云う。越中国射水郡守山の城主は
神保安芸守氏春なり。天正十三年佐々成政大
敗して降服し、これにより領内の砺波・射水・婦負三郡を放ち、
豊太閤が前田家に賜った。藩祖は岡島備中守元盛を置き、
同年九月世子利勝は加賀国松任より移り住んだと。
平次按ずるに、右の古国府の制札並びに国泰寺書簡等は
閏八月に三郡を賜ったことの考証のために載せたものである
一、また今、旧藩士中に国初以来の家禄采地の
判印書を賜って、各々その子孫が伝えて家
珍としている。寺西子氏が伝える判書は左の如し
越中国拝領分のうちをもって六百俵を
扶助せしめ畢んぬ。全く知行あるべき状件の如し

利勝君が越中三郡を賜ったことが所領の確証として前に顕れ、

The above was transmitted by Kokutai-ji Temple in Nishida, Imizu District
One, according to the "Sanshū-shi Kokyokō" (Historical Survey of Ancient Sites in Three Provinces): The castle lord of Moriyama in Imizu District, Etchu Province was
Jinbo Aki-no-kami Ujiharu. In Tensho 13, Sassa Narimasa suffered a great
defeat and surrendered, whereupon he relinquished the three districts of Tonami, Imizu, and Nei within his domain,
and Toyotai-ko [Hideyoshi] granted them to the Maeda family. The domain founder appointed Okajima Bitchu-no-kami Morimori,
and in the 9th month of the same year, the heir Toshikatsu moved and took residence there from Mattō in Kaga Province.
Heiji's note: The above regulatory notices from Kokufu and letters from Kokutai-ji Temple and others
are recorded here as evidence for the granting of the three districts in the intercalary 8th month.
One, also now among former domain retainers, those who received family
stipends and fief land seal documents from the founding of the domain, each descendant has transmitted them as family
treasures. The seal document transmitted by the Teranishi family is as follows:
From within the granted portion of Etchu Province, six hundred hyō are
commanded to be supported. There shall fully be knowledge and governance as stated herein.

According to the above seal document, on the 11th day of the 9th month of Tensho 13, heir Magoshiro
Toshikatsu-kun had already received the three districts of Etchu, which appears earlier as confirmation of the territory,
and should be combined with the text of Hideyoshi-ko's personally written seal document of the 21st day of the 9th month
