　一今津甚右衛門伝言書に云
　　太閤様より芳春印様江今津弘川両村御知行
　　所被為進候刻私先祖河原林甚右衛門に御代官

　　被仰付慶長七年より御米拾石被下置候然處
　　芳春院様元和三年に御逝去被遊候付両村御知
　　行所公儀江被上候とも此方様江御納被遊候とも極り
　　不申候に付両村御知行米三け年甚右衛門納置候処
　　徴妙院様御意之趣御座候に付奉得御内意江戸
　　表江罷出御奉行所江申上候処此方様之御知行
　　所に罷成候右之節安房守殿山城守殿より被渡
　　下候折紙左之通写上候其比甚六と候
　　　　　以上
其在所当年水入に付而為理小百姓共罷下候
得とも此地に而難相究事に候条先々可罷帰候

定納は百石に決定した通り

　右両通は今津甚右衛門所蔵である

一、今津甚右衛門伝言書に言う
　太閤様より芳春院様へ今津弘川両村の御知行所を進上された時、私の先祖河原林甚右衛門に御代官を仰せ付けられ、慶長七年より御米十石を下され置かれた。然るところ芳春院様が元和三年に御逝去されたため、両村の御知行所を公儀へ上げるのか、こちら様へ御納めされるのかも決まらないため、両村の御知行米を三ヶ年甚右衛門が納め置いた。徳川院様の御意の趣がございましたため、御内意を得て江戸表へ罷り出て御奉行所へ申し上げたところ、こちら様の御知行所になった。右の節、安房守殿山城守殿より渡し下された折紙を左の通り写し上げる。その頃は甚六と申した。

その在所が当年水入りのため、百姓共が困窮して罷り下ったが、この地では解決し難い事なので、まず帰るべきである。

　The above two documents are in the possession of Imazu Jinemon

First, according to the testimony document of Imazu Jinemon:
　When Taikō-sama granted the fiefs of Imazu and Hirokawa villages to Lord Hōshun-in, my ancestor Kawarabayashi Jinemon was appointed as deputy administrator (daikan) and was granted 10 koku of rice annually from Keichō 7. However, when Lord Hōshun-in passed away in Genna 3, it was unclear whether the fief of both villages should be returned to the government (kōgi) or be delivered to our lord, so Jinemon stored the fief rice from both villages for three years. When Lord Tokushō-in expressed his intentions, we sought his private counsel and went to Edo to report to the magistrate's office, whereupon it became our lord's fief. At that time, the formal document handed down by Lord Awa-no-kami and Lord Yamashiro-no-kami is copied as follows. At that time he was called Jinroku.
