能州鹿島郡某所の道場明慶より教信門徒相論の趣を穿鑿させた処、大納言様・侍従様両御印を教信手前に頂戴仕っている上は、順慶の申し分は通らない。今後右の条により門下は御印の如く教信に支配させるべきである。

Regarding the dispute between the followers of Kyōshin and Myōkei of a dōjō in Kashima District of Nōshū: Upon investigation, since Kyōshin possesses the seals of both His Excellency the Dainagon and His Lordship the Jijū, Junkyō's claims are invalid. Henceforth, according to this ruling, the followers shall be governed by Kyōshin as indicated by the seals.

Regarding the guard rotation of horse attendants stationed at Fushimi:
First rotation: Kawazoe Denzaemon, Murase Kyūbei, Itō Nizaemon, Fukushima Chūbei, Yoshida Moroji, Nakashima Denzaemon, Kashihara Jinemon, Tomita Sukezō, Saitō Jinzaemon, Nagata Ichibei, the same Hiroyuki, Yotsui Kihei, Katō Kayoshi, Okamoto Shinbei, Hayashi Magodayū, Ōbayashi Santayū, Yoshimura Katsuemon

The above first rotation members shall go up at the end of next month to receive [their orders]. However, they shall be replaced every 120 days.
