　　一駿府政事録に云慶長十九年九月十六日今朝
　　　早天松平筑前守利光忝府即達＿二台聴に＿一有＿二 上使＿一干
　　　尅登城於て＿二御座の間に＿一拝謁御懇詞御礼黄金三千
　　　両染絹二百疋白絹百疋則出＿二御前へ＿一御太刀守家御
　　　脇刺二字国俊獻＿レ之御太刀守家御脇刺長光被＿レ 下
　　　ㇾ之本多上野介傳＿レ之筑前守之陪臣奥村河内同摂
　　　津守御目見獻す＿二御服を＿一及晩継目御朱印被＿レ遣＿レ之

　　　　加賀越中能登三箇国之事一円被仰付
　　　　訖者守此旨可抽忠勤者也仍如件

現代語訳

雲公時代の古写に載せるには家康の二字がない。

一、二代将軍秀忠公証書写
加賀越中能登三ヶ国の事
今年九月十六日の先判の旨に任せ
永く相違有るべからず。この旨を守り、いよいよ
忠勤に励むべきの状くだんの如し
　　慶長十九年九月二十三日　判
　　　松平筑前守殿へ

一、『駿府政事録』に云う。慶長十九年九月十六日、今朝早天、松平筑前守利光、恐れ多くも駿府に即座に台聴に達し、上使が定刻に登城し、御座の間において拝謁。御懇詞、御礼として黄金三千両、染絹二百疋、白絹百疋を則ち御前へ出した。御太刀は守家、御脇差は二字国俊を献じた。御太刀は守家、御脇差は長光を下された。本多上野介がこれを伝えた。筑前守の陪臣である奥村河内、同摂津守が御目見えし、御服を献上した。晩に及んで継目御朱印を遣わされた。
御詞に曰く
　加賀越中能登三箇国の事、一円仰せ付けられ
　訖んぬ。この旨を守り忠勤を抽んずべきものなり。よってくだんの如し
　　慶長十九年九月十六日　家康御直判

1. Copy of Certificate from Second Shogun Lord Hidetada
Regarding the three provinces of Kaga, Etchu, and Noto
In accordance with the previous judgment of the 16th day of the 9th month of this year,
there shall be no deviation forever. Guard this decree and increasingly
devote yourself to loyal service. Thus it is declared.
　　23rd day, 9th month, Keicho 19　[Seal]
　　　To Lord Matsudaira Chikuzen-no-kami

1. The "Sunpu Administrative Records" states: On the 16th day of the 9th month of Keicho 19, early this morning, Matsudaira Chikuzen-no-kami Toshimitsu humbly reached Sunpu and immediately had audience with His Lordship. An official messenger arrived at the castle at the appointed time and had an audience in the formal reception room. As courtesy gifts and tribute, he presented 3,000 ryo of gold, 200 rolls of dyed silk, and 100 rolls of white silk before His Lordship. He献上した a ceremonial sword by Moriya and a short sword by Niji Kunitoshi. A ceremonial sword by Moriya and a short sword by Nagamitsu were bestowed upon him. Honda Kozuke-no-suke conveyed these. Chikuzen-no-kami's retainers Okumura Kawachi and Okumura Settsu-no-kami had audience and presented ceremonial robes. By evening, the succession red seal was sent.
His Lordship's words stated:
　Regarding the three provinces of Kaga, Etchu, and Noto, these have been granted
　in their entirety. Guard this decree and demonstrate loyal service. Thus it is declared.
