但此以前御役儀被 仰付候儀と
相見候処由来書無之此段不詳

調べを行ったにつき金二分を下し置かれ候事
一宝永元年申年八月願いの通り取調べ御
免許を成され候事
一同年九月願いの通り御役を成し御免され中の
口番を仰せ付けられ、これまで宜しく相勤め候につき独礼
にて差し置かれる旨を仰せ出され候
但しこれ以前御役儀を仰せ付けられ候儀と
相見え候ところ由来書無くこの段不詳で
