一 天明二年寅年七月 金二両を本途金より下され、道改の者定雇を仰せ付けられた事

一 同三年卯年（月不詳）凶作につき穀留御用を仰せ付けられ、川西組大寺村へ出役して相勤めた事
一 同四年辰年二月 右同断の御用につき高田村へ出役して相勤めた事
一 同五年巳年四月 右同断の御用につき安積筋へ出役して相勤めた事
一 同年六月 去る辰年穀留御用引き通し相勤めたことにつき、御褒美として鳥目二貫五百文をまた下し置かれた事
一 同年七月 添木役所御年貢蝋取立の手伝いを仰せ付けられた事
