御徒目付小林源蔵義病気ニ付先立
ニ而引取候ニ付而ハ右跡御徒目付仮役相
勤候様被 仰付候
但小林源蔵儀願之上御軍事奉行
一同引取候ニ付右仮役相勤候ニ不及
旨被 仰付候事
一同月於同所御軍事奉行備武具方
御替具等之儀御徒目付小林源蔵同
様任シ取始末致候様右ニ付山寺貢
得差配相勤候様被 仰付候事
一同月於同所御徒目付勤之形を以
廻り勤致候様尤本務当番之儀
長き事にも在之間敷候得者乍左
義昼之御番相ハ相勤候様被仰付候事
一同月於同所御軍事奉行御備
津軽御領着船之積ニ候処御宿御割
方被 仰付且御領主〳〵江夫々之御
使者をも被 仰付候間兼而其用意
ニ而荷積等を始上陸後急速出起相
成候様可心懸旨被 仰付候事
現代語訳
御徒目付小林源蔵が病気のため先に
引き取ったので、その跡の御徒目付仮役を相
勤めるよう仰せ付けられた
但し小林源蔵が願い出の上で御軍事奉行と
一同に引き取ったので、右仮役を相勤める必要は
ない旨を仰せ付けられた事
一同月 同所において御軍事奉行備武具方の
御替具等の件について御徒目付小林源蔵と同
様に任せて取り始末するよう、これについて山寺貢を
得て差配を相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた事
一同月 同所において御徒目付勤めの形を以て
廻り勤めをするよう、もっとも本務当番の件は
長いことにもあるまいと思われるが、そうであっても
昼の御番相は相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた事
一同月 同所において御軍事奉行御備で
津軽御領に着船の予定であるところ、御宿御割
方を仰せ付けられ、且つ御領主方へそれぞれの御
使者をも仰せ付けられたので、兼ねてその用意
にて荷積み等を始め、上陸後急速に出発が
できるよう心懸けるべき旨を仰せ付けられた事

Since Inspector of Foot Soldiers (御徒目付) Kobayashi Genzo fell ill and withdrew earlier, he was ordered to serve as temporary Inspector of Foot Soldiers in his place.
However, since Kobayashi Genzo petitioned and withdrew together with the Military Magistrate (御軍事奉行), he was told that it was no longer necessary to serve in this temporary role.
