　之儀ハ新規之取計ニ候処致出精候ニ付
　金壱両被下置且陣中并往来共ニ
　臨時之御用精出相勤候段御称美被

　公儀御書上蝋添五ヶ年平均草案
　を以御伺ニ相成候処御注文等ニて新規
　之義も在之大急成御事上納ニ付漆木

　役所ニ被替産物役人小役人之銘

の件は新規の取り計らいであったが、精を出したので金壱両を下し置かれ、且つ陣中並びに往来ともに臨時の御用を精出して相勤めた段、御称美を成し下されたこと

　公儀御書上蝋添五ヶ年平均草案をもって御伺いに相成ったところ、御注文等にて新規の義もあり、大急ぎの御事で上納につき漆木の彼所へ罷り出で、右御用を相勤めるよう仰せ付けられ、相勤めたこと

一同年十一月　元山役所・浅木役所合役所に替えられ、産物役人小役人の銘義に成り替えられたこと

一同年十二月　御住居御普請材木採出方を精出して相勤めたにつき、御酒を下し置かれたこと

一同八未年五月　御材木請払役人仮役を仰せ付けられたこと

This matter was a new arrangement, but since he devoted himself to it, one ryō in gold was bestowed, and furthermore, he diligently carried out temporary official duties both in the garrison and during travels, for which he received commendation.

First, same 7th year of Kinoe-Uma (1846), second month: He was appointed as a minor official at the Mountain Office.

First, same year, eighth month:
Regarding the official government report with wax seal based on a five-year average draft for inquiry, since there were new matters due to official orders and it was an urgent matter for submission, he was ordered to go to that location for lacquer trees and carry out the said official duties, which he performed.

First, same year, eleventh month: The former Mountain Office and Shallow Wood Office were combined into a joint office, and he was reassigned to the position of minor official for products affairs.

First, same year, twelfth month: Since he diligently carried out the procurement of timber for the lord's residence construction, sake was bestowed upon him.

First, same 8th year of Tsuchinoe-Hitsuji (1847), fifth month: He was appointed to the temporary position of timber requisition and disbursement officer.
