一延宝元丑年八月会所役人ニ被
召出金弐両弐人扶持被下置候事
一同八申年三月是迄被下置候金
弐両を御切符八石ニ御直被下置候事
一延宝七未年八月十七日猪苗代御
祭礼ニ付相詰候者之内御賄方鯨
岡杢兵衛と在之候左候へハ御賄方相
勤候儀も在之と相見候処勤書無之
此段不詳候事
一貞享元子年十月廿四日病死法名
念誉専悦葬所小館山城安寺

岡杢兵衛とあり候左様であれば御賄方相
