一五月三日為端午御祝儀御使者を以例之通御帷子御単
被献之 御台様 一位様江白銀被指上之
一同月八日於東叡山
厳有院様廿五回御忌御法事有之ニ付
公方様御参詣依之御予参 御勤
一同日右同断ニ付於万福山御茶湯御執行有之

中堂江御香奠被献之

現代語訳
一、五月三日、端午の御祝儀として御使者を通じて例の通り御帷子と御単衣を献上した。御台様・一位様には白銀を差し上げた。
一、同月八日、東叡山において厳有院様二十五回御忌の御法事があったため、公方様が御参詣されることに伴い、御予参して御勤めを行った。
一、同日、右同様の理由により万福山において御茶湯の御執行があった。
一、同月九日、右同様の理由により御使者として御番頭嶋田清左衛門重休を通じて東叡山中堂に御香奠を献上した。
但し、御香奠の員数については御記録類に詳細の記載がない。
一、同月十日、御法事が済んだため、御使者を通じて御精進揚げの御肴一種を献上した。
一、同月十三日、御使者を通じて例の通り御国産の初鯖を献上した。
一、同月十四日、御内証より御台子を献上し、御老中土屋相模守政直殿まで御使者を通じて差し出した。右の御披露が済んだ御切紙が相模守殿より来た。
献上された御台子について御内証において首尾よく披露が済みました。この段をお知らせするため、このようにご挨拶申し上げます。以上

One: On the 3rd day of the 5th month, for the Boys' Day celebration, summer robes and unlined garments were presented through an envoy as customary. White silver was offered to Her Ladyship and the First Rank Lady.
One: On the 8th day of the same month, a memorial service for the 25th anniversary of Lord Genyūin's death was held at Tōeizan. As the Shōgun participated in the ceremony, we performed preliminary attendance and duties.
One: On the same day, for the same reason, a tea ceremony was conducted at Manpukuzan.
One: On the 9th day of the same month, for the same reason, incense offerings were presented to the Main Hall of Tōeizan through the envoy, guard captain Shimada Seizaemon Shigekyū.
Note: The exact amount of the incense offering is not detailed in the records.
One: On the 10th day of the same month, as the memorial service was completed, one type of fish dish for breaking the vegetarian fast was presented through an envoy.
One: On the 13th day of the same month, the first mackerel of the local products was presented through an envoy as customary.
One: On the 14th day of the same month, a tea utensil stand was presented from private quarters and sent through an envoy to Senior Councillor Tsuchiya Sagami-no-kami Masanao. A written notice came from Sagami-no-kami confirming the presentation had been completed:
The tea utensil stand that was presented has been successfully reported in private quarters. I am writing to inform you of this matter. That is all.
