現代語訳
一、五月十八日、御普請のため霊厳島にある大石（三十個）を差し上げたい旨を御老中土屋相模守政直殿に内々で御伺いしたところ、御勝手次第になされるよう御指図があった。
一、同月十九日、御手伝御普請場に昌邦様も御見廻りとして御指出されたい旨を先達て御老中土屋相模守政直殿に御伺いしたところ、今朝相模守殿への御逢対御勤めの節に、御伺いの通りになされるよう御指図があった。
一、同月二十一日、昌邦様御同道で御普請場へ御見分として御出向きになった。
但し、同月二十七日にも右同様に御出向きになった。
一、同月晦日、出羽守綱近様の御願いの通り、御隠居され、御養子民部少輔吉透様に御家督を相違なく仰せ出された。
但し、右につき御礼勤めがあるはずであるが、御記録類に詳細がない。
一、六月五日、出羽守は外記と御改名され、民部少輔様は出羽守と御改名された。
一、六月十日、内匠頭昌平様の御弟内記昌純様が御卒去されたため、今日から来る十二日まで、御養方御従弟の御忌を御受けになった。
一、同日、右同様の理由により御普請御勤めの件を御老中秋元但馬守喬朝殿に御伺いしたところ、御忌中の間は御勤め御無用とするよう御指図があった。

One: On the 18th day of the 5th month, regarding the desire to offer large stones (thirty pieces) located at Reigenjiima for construction work, a private inquiry was made to Senior Councillor Tsuchiya Sagami-no-kami Masanao, who gave instructions to proceed as convenient.
One: On the 19th day of the same month, regarding the desire for Lord Masasato to also visit the assisted construction site for inspection, an inquiry was previously made to Senior Councillor Tsuchiya Sagami-no-kami Masanao. This morning, during the audience with Sagami-no-kami, instructions were given to proceed as inquired.
One: On the 21st day of the same month, accompanied by Lord Masasato, a visit was made to the construction site for inspection.
Note: On the 27th day of the same month, a similar visit was also made.
One: On the last day of the same month, as requested by Lord Dewa-no-kami Tsunachika, he retired and his adopted son, Minbu-shōyu Yoshitō, was formally appointed as head of the house without question.
Note: There should have been ceremonial thanks for this matter, but the details are not clear in the records.
One: On the 5th day of the 6th month, Dewa-no-kami changed his name to Geki, and Lord Minbu-shōyu changed his name to Dewa-no-kami.
One: On the 10th day of the 6th month, due to the death of Naiki Masazumi, the younger brother of Lord Takumi-no-kami Masahira, mourning was observed from today until the 12th for the adoptive cousin.
One: On the same day, regarding construction duties for the same reason, an inquiry was made to Senior Councillor Akimoto Tajima-no-kami Takatomo, who gave instructions to suspend duties during the mourning period.
