一江戸御参勤御供仕罷越其年五月中迄ニ自
然御返被成面々有之候ハヽ其年之御借米
御国並上納可仕六月以後ニ至而御返被成候ハヽ其年
之御借米江戸ニ相詰候並ニ上納可仕定詰之面々
御国江御返被成候而も六月以後ニ罷帰候ハヽ其年
之御借米江戸詰並ニ上納可仕至末々迄右ニ可准

現代語訳
納をすること
一、江戸御参勤の御供をして赴いた年の五月中までに自然と御返しになる面々があれば、その年の御借米は御国並みに上納すること。六月以後に至って御返しになれば、その年の御借米は江戸に詰めている者と同様に上納すること。定詰めの面々が御国へ御返しになっても、六月以後に帰国すれば、その年の御借米は江戸詰め並みに上納すること。末々まで右に準ずること
一、江戸表へ御使者として赴く面々が、道中軽装で赴き、江戸において御貸人を仰せ付けられる筈の場合、上納の件は御定めの通りにすること
一、役料知の分は上納を免除すること
一、本知三百五十石・三百石を下賜されている面々の百石の分は、役料と同じく上納を免除すること

一、同日、右同断により、清照院様・豊姫様の御分料の内から八歩通りを御借りになる

shall make payment.
One: Among those who accompany the lord's procession to Edo, if any are naturally sent back by May of that year, they shall submit tribute for their borrowed rice equivalent to domain standards for that year. If they are sent back after June, they shall submit tribute for their borrowed rice equivalent to those stationed in Edo for that year. Even if regular stationed personnel are sent back to the domain, if they return after June, they shall submit tribute for their borrowed rice equivalent to Edo duty for that year. This shall apply to all cases going forward.
One: Those who travel to Edo as official messengers and journey lightly, when appointed as official lenders in Edo, shall handle tribute payments according to established regulations.
One: Those with stipends designated as service fees (yakuryō-chi) are exempted from tribute payments.
One: Those granted base stipends of 350 or 300 koku, regarding the 100-koku portion, are exempted from tribute payments same as service fees.

One: On the same day, for the same reason, eight-tenths of one percent was borrowed from the allowances of Lady Seishōin and Princess Yutaka.
