一、十一月九日、内膳正（直知）様が卒去されたことにより、今日から来る十一日まで、御養方の御甥として御忌を請けられた。
一、同日、右同断につき、御普請場での御勤めの儀について御老中へ御伺いを立てられたところ、御忌中の間は御勤めを無用とするよう指図があった。
一、同月十三日、出羽守（吉透）様が御一字を御拝領され、従四位下侍従に御叙任された。
一、同月十五日、御登城（昨十四日、御用番秋元但馬守殿からの連名の御切紙が来た）。御一字御拝領の御礼を仰せ上げられ、御刀（信国、代金十枚）一腰・綿二百把・御馬代（黄金十両）を御献上された。
御台様・一位様へ紗綾十巻・御肴一種ずつを指し上げられ、御退出の際に御礼として御老中・御側御用人・若年寄中へ御廻勤された。
一、同月二十日、御手伝い御普請が残らず御成就したことにより、吉邦様御同道にて御普請場へ御出でになった。
一、同月二十一日、右同断により、公儀御役人へ御引き渡しがあった。
但し、これにつき御家老松平庄兵衛をはじめ、追々御国へ罷り帰った。
一、十二月六日、甲府中納言（綱豊）様が御養君を仰せ出され、昨五日西丸へ移られたことにより、御登城にて御祝儀を仰せ上げられた（昨五日、御老中連名の御切紙が来た）。

One: On the same day, regarding the above matter, when an inquiry was made to the Senior Councilor about duties at the construction site, instructions were given that duties should be suspended during the mourning period.
One: On the 13th day of the same month, Dewa-no-kami (Yoshitōru) received one character [from the shogun's name] and was appointed to the court rank of Junior Fourth Rank Lower Grade, Chamberlain.
One: On the 15th day of the same month, [he] ascended to the castle (yesterday, the 14th, a joint written order came from Duty Councilor Akimoto Tajima-no-kami). Gratitude was expressed for receiving the one character, and the following were presented: one sword (Shinkuni, worth 10 pieces of gold), 200 bundles of cotton, and horse money (10 ryō of gold).
