一、十二月七日、右同断により御歓びとして御老中・御側御用人・若年寄中へ御廻勤された。
一、同月九日、公方様から中納言様へ御諱「家宣様」と進められた。
一、同月十一日、召しにより吉邦様が御登城されたところ、御白書院において御老中列座のもと、侍従に任じられる旨を御用番稲葉丹後守（正通）殿が御達しされた。
一、同月十二日、右同断により、吉邦様御同道にて御用番稲葉丹後守（正通）殿へ御逢対・御勤めをされた。
但し、残る御老中へは追々御逢対・御勤めをされた。
一、同月十八日、寒中により御機嫌伺いとして御老中へ御勤めをされた。
一、同月二十一日、御養君を仰せ出されたことへの御祝儀として御登城（御直垂）された。
公方様・中納言様が出御され、御太刀目録（御太刀一腰・御馬一疋代黄金十両）を御持参し、御目見を仰せ上げられた。
但し、中納言様へ御献上の御太刀・馬代については、二ノ丸へ御使番が相納した。
一、同月二十二日、寒中により御使者をもって例の通り御国産（一番）生鱈を献上された。

One: On the 11th day of the same month, upon summons, when Yoshikuni ascended to the castle, in the White Study Hall with the Senior Councilors in attendance, Duty Councilor Inaba Tango-no-kami (Masatsune) announced his appointment as Chamberlain.
One: On the 12th day of the same month, regarding the above matter, accompanied by Yoshikuni, [he] had an audience and performed duties with Duty Councilor Inaba Tango-no-kami (Masatsune).
However, audiences and duties with the remaining Senior Councilors were performed subsequently.
One: On the 18th day of the same month, due to the cold season, duties were performed to inquire about the well-being of the Senior Councilors.
