一、二月二十五日、歳暮御祝儀御献上につき、御内書が御城において御渡しがあり、御家来への拝領物等は例の通りであった。その節、中納言様への御献上につき御奉書の御渡しがあった。
「中納言様へ歳暮の御祝儀として使者をもって目録の通り献上された候。首尾よく披露を遂げ候。恐々謹言。

One: On the 25th day of the 2nd month, regarding the presentation of year-end congratulatory gifts, an inner letter (御内書) was delivered at the castle, and the gifts bestowed upon retainers were as usual. At that time, an official letter was delivered regarding the presentation to the Middle Counselor.
"To the Middle Counselor, year-end congratulatory gifts were presented through a messenger as listed in the catalog. The presentation was successfully reported. With great respect and humble words.
