一、三月三日、永平寺が登城し、十帖一本を指し上げ、撻担之間で御対面があった。その後、御料理（三汁九菜）が出され、引物を直々にお引きになり、孝顕寺・鎮徳寺が相伴を仰せ付けられた
一、同月四日、出羽守綱近様の御願いの通り、民部少輔吉透様が御養子に仰せ出された（去る月二十二日）ことについて、御礼のため江戸表へ御書状を差し出した
一、同月十五日、民部少輔吉透様へ下されていた一万石が出羽守綱近様へ御返しとなったことについて、御礼のため江戸表へ御書状を差し出した
一、同月二十三日、御用番稲葉丹後守正通殿からお呼び出しがあり、御留守居村上三太夫正峯が参上したところ、御城廻り石垣御普請の御手伝いを仰せ出されたため、御奉書の御渡しがあった
ただし右の御奉書は御徒歩飛脚によって御道中まで差し上げた
一、同日、内膳直知様が御叙爵され、内膳正と御改めになったことについて、御礼のため江戸表へ御書状を差し出した
一、同月二十六日、福井を御発駕され、中山道を通って御旅行された
一、同月二十八日、江戸御城廻り御普請御手伝いを仰せ出された御奉書が美濃国赤坂宿まで到着し、同宿において御披見があった

[The matter] was announced as requested.
One: On the 3rd day of the 3rd month, Eiheiji [temple representatives] came to the castle and presented ten scrolls in one bundle, having an audience in the Tattan-no-ma. Afterwards, a meal (three soups and nine dishes) was served, gifts were personally bestowed, and Kōkenji and Chintokuji [temples] were ordered to accompany [them].
One: On the 4th day of the same month, regarding Dewa-no-kami Tsunachika-sama's request being granted for Minbu-shōyū Yoshitōru-sama to become his adopted son (announced on the 22nd day of last month), a letter of thanks was sent to Edo.
One: On the 15th day of the same month, regarding the 10,000 koku that had been granted to Minbu-shōyū Yoshitōru-sama being returned to Dewa-no-kami Tsunachika-sama, a letter of thanks was sent to Edo.
One: On the 23rd day of the same month, there was a summons from duty officer Inaba Tango-no-kami Masamichi-dono, and when caretaker Murakami Sandayū Masamine went to attend, he was ordered to assist with the construction work on the castle's surrounding stone walls, and an official letter was presented.
However, this official letter was sent via foot messenger to [the lord] during his journey.
One: On the same day, regarding Naizen Naotomo-sama being granted court rank and renamed Naizen-no-shō, a letter of thanks was sent to Edo.
One: On the 26th day of the same month, [the lord] departed from Fukui and traveled via the Nakasendō route.
One: On the 28th day of the same month, the official letter ordering assistance with the construction work around Edo Castle arrived at Akasaka post station in Mino Province, and it was reviewed at that station.
