現代語訳
伝を仰せ付けられるので、その趣旨を承知すべきである。例年の時期に参府があって御用を勤めることになるが、心得のため先達てこのように申し伝える。

一、同日、右の件について御礼のため同駅から江戸表へ御使者を差し出した
ただし四月七日に御返書の御渡しがあった
一、三月晦日、右の件について御家老松平庄兵衛正恒をはじめ御役人共に御用掛りを仰せ付けられ、出府するよう仰せ出された
一、同日、昌邦様が御登城されたところ、年号を宝永と改元することが仰せ出されたとの御老中からの御達しがあった

One: On the last day of the 3rd month, regarding the above matter, chief retainer Matsudaira Shōbei Masatsune and other officials were appointed to oversee the work and ordered to proceed to the capital.
One: On the same day, when Masakuni-sama attended the castle, there was an announcement from the rōjū (senior councillors) that the era name was to be changed to Hōei.
