One: On the 9th day of the same month, proceeding directly from Itabashi station for the official visit to the capital, courtesy calls were made to the senior councillors as notification, then arrived at the Reiganjima residence.
One: On the 10th day of the same month, regarding the above matter, the imperial envoy Senior Councillor Inaba Tango-no-kami Masamichi came, and the purport of the imperial will was conveyed (the handling of the imperial envoy followed precedent). After his departure, courtesy calls were made to the senior councillors, chamberlains, and junior councillors to express gratitude.
