公方様の御機嫌伺いのため御登城し、一位様の御機嫌伺いのため御老中秋元但馬守喬朝殿に御勤めした。
ただし翌十三日も右同様に御登城し、一位様の御機嫌伺いのため本庄安芸守殿に御勤めし、十五日も御登城した。
一、同日、右同様の件について御用番小笠原佐渡守長重殿並びに御側御用人松平右京大夫輝貞殿に御使者として御留守居を派遣した。
ただし十五日まで毎日御使者を派遣した。
一、四月十五日、右同様の件について御機嫌伺いのため御使者を以て御檜重一組を献上した。
一、同月十八日、公方様の御機嫌伺いのため御用番小笠原佐渡守長重殿並びに御側御用人松平右京大夫輝貞殿に御勤めし、一位様の御機嫌伺いのため御老中秋元但馬守喬朝殿に御勤めした。
一、同月二十三日、御参府について御土産として御使者を以て例のとおり五色奉書紙を献上した。
一、同日、御普請奉行から申し出があったため、加賀藤左衛門成興、高田金大夫正府が出向いたところ、御普請御手伝いの場所書を渡された。

Ascended to the castle to inquire after the Shogun's health, and performed duties with Senior Councillor Akimoto Tajima-no-kami Takatsugu to inquire after Her Highness the First Rank's health.
However, on the following 13th day, similarly ascended to the castle and performed duties with Honjo Aki-no-kami to inquire after Her Highness the First Rank's health, and also ascended to the castle on the 15th.
One: On the same day, regarding the same matter, a messenger (the castellan deputy) was dispatched to the duty officer Ogasawara Sado-no-kami Nagashige and chamberlain Matsudaira Ukyo-no-daibu Terusada.
However, messengers were dispatched daily until the 15th.
One: On the 15th day of the 4th month, regarding the same matter, one set of cypress boxes was presented via messenger to inquire after their health.
