一 石切旅稼之者壱人茂無御座候
右者入念村中一々取調仕候処少茂相違
無御座候若其上ニ茂不吟味成儀有之而後日
被遊及御聞候ハヽ其御元ゟ早速注進可被成候
其上如何様之御咎筋被 仰付候共聊
御恨無御座候為念一札仍而如件

差し上げ申す一札の事
一、石切り出稼ぎの者は一人もございません
右の件について、入念に村中を一軒一軒調査いたしましたところ、少しの相違もございません。もしその上でも調査不十分な事柄があって、後日お聞き及びになられましたならば、そちら様から早速報告していただけますよう。その上でどのようなお咎めを仰せ付けられましても、少しもお恨み申し上げることはございません。念のための一札、よって件の如し。
