被仰付有之候節差支候而ハ誠申訳も無之次第且家中扶助国民撫育も出来兼心
痛之事共ニ候元来収納高薄本立引合之運方ハ不容易二候得共臨時非常
之備無之候而ハ不相済仍而此度ハ何りも相改是ゟ五ヶ年之間格別之倹約を以何
分取続候趣法相立候様締方申付候此旨を存家中之面々心得も可有之事ニ候畢
竟上下子々孫々繁栄之基を令思慮而已ニ候 尤倹約ニ事寄文武之道不可怠
事勿論ニ候今年ハ初入之折柄と手当等も申付度種々令労心候得共前条之次第

法通も仰せ出されたところ、近来等閑の趣相聞こえ、済まない事である。これにより各手先組の者を指し出し、端浦締方等の儀を取り扱いのため吟味があり、急度締方が出来るよう取り計らうべきである。且つ又福井町塩屋共、三国湊塩仲人共が年番を相立て、抜塩吟味方を心配致し、不正の筋があれば急度相糺し、支配頭並びに三国塩役所へ内達に及ぶよう申し渡すべきである。この旨相心得、各々厚く心配すべきである
