一木綿糸䋆問屋五人 一蚕種商人冥加銀 一細呂木村菜種堀 一金津箕職之者 一金物焼工職之者 一越中富山薬種屋共  右職方之者共是迄於産物方新規諸運上被仰付置候処御趣意ニ付諸運上  御免被成候間勝手次第相勤可申事   但御趣法ニ不拘分ハ是迄之通被差置候事      十一月五日  外ニ䋆仲買之者村々相廻り可申若新規道具等差支候儀も候ハヽ仕入銀御貸可  被成是迄仕出し不申付にも可相成丈相勤可申と又松岡ニ而大䋆木綿䋆之儀問  屋同様之者被仰付候儀ニ付被仰出有之      補遺 江戸ニ而                 御用人 ○当夏初而御入部御道中之儀前々御形合も有之候へ共当時格別御倹  約万端御省略之事ニ候へハ前々之御形合ニ不拘近来之御移を以諸事可  被取扱候且又近年道中人馬遣方等従公辺厳重被仰出も 有之候処此度  之儀ハ御同勢多々相成候間右等之儀も厚心配可被取調候 ○右同断               御奉行                    御目付                    御中老 ○右同断御用人共申渡候仍之御手元之儀も右之心得を以厚心配精誠御  倹約相用候様御側向頭取共へ申聞可被取扱候      正月十五日 江戸ニ而             大道寺七右衛門 ○此度格別之御倹約ニ付別紙之通被仰付候其段相心得精誠心配厚可被申  談候   別紙 ○御勝手向御難渋至極ニ付格別之思召を以当年ゟ五ケ年御趣意被相立  御手元を始万端御倹約之儀先達而御直書を以被仰出 通ニ候右ニ付江

現代語訳

一、木綿糸縒り問屋五人 一、蚕種商人冥加銀 一、細呂木村菜種堀 一、金津箕職の者 一、金物焼工職の者 一、越中富山薬種屋共  右職方の者共これまで産物方において新規諸運上を仰せ付け置かれたところ、御趣意により諸運上を御免許になったので、勝手次第に相勤め申すべきこと   ただし御趣法に関わらない分はこれまでの通り差し置かれること      十一月五日  外に縒り仲買の者が村々を回って申すべきこと、もし新規道具等で差し支える儀もあれば仕入銀をお貸しくださること。これまで仕出しを申し付けないことにも成り得る限り相勤め申すべきこと。また松岡において大縒り木綿縒りの儀について問屋同様の者を仰せ付けられることについて仰せ出しがあること。      補遺 江戸にて                 御用人 ○当夏初めてご入部、御道中の儀について、前々の御形合もありますが、当時格別の御倹約、万端御省略のことですので、前々の御形合にかかわらず近来の御方針をもって諸事を取り扱われるべきです。また近年道中人馬遣い方等について公辺から厳重に仰せ出されることもあったところ、この度の儀は御同勢が多数になるので、そのような儀についても厚く心配して取り調べられるべきです ○右同断               御奉行                    御目付                    御中老 ○右同断、御用人共に申し渡すこと。よってお手元の儀についても右の心得をもって厚く心配し精誠をもって御倹約を相用いるよう御側向頭取共へ申し聞かせ取り扱われるべきです      正月十五日 江戸にて             大道寺七右衛門 ○この度格別の御倹約につき別紙の通り仰せ付けられます。その段を心得て精誠をもって心配し厚く申し談じられるべきです  別紙 ○お勝手向きご難渋至極につき格別の思し召しをもって当年より五ヶ年御趣意をお立てになり、お手元をはじめ万端御倹約の儀について先達て御直書をもって仰せ出された通りです。これにつき江戸
