他所之引合之分ハ是迄之通御城下へ売買之儀〆り方厚心配可致旨

○道中往来ニ付人馬継立之節ハ其支配致所之改印形有之帳面ニ而附出可申筈候処
近来町在之者共御家中或ハ寺社等之名前を仮役所改印形も無之紛敷帳面を以
附出致往来之者有之趣相聞不埒之事ニ候兼而於宿駅も作法通有之候処猶又此度〆り

右締め方の儀、御奉行御目付と申し談ずべく、書付の内申し渡しの上、格別差し支えが生じる品、かつ書付の外にも呉服物をはじめ差し留められても差し障りない品もあるべく、これ等の儀は厚く吟味の上、担当の者より相達すべきこと

Additionally, regarding dyed goods, though some items have been sent to Kyoto and Kaga province until now, henceforth foreign dyeing shall not be permitted
Regarding these enforcement matters, consultation with chief magistrates and inspectors is required. After announcing the items in the written notice, there may be items that cause particular problems, and beyond those in the written notice, there may be textiles and other items that can be restricted without hindrance. Such matters should be thoroughly examined and reported by the officials in charge
Four District Magistrate
○Due to the current policy, the attached notice has been given to the town magistrates. Items handled according to our subordinate's written notice should also be restricted, and if it is appropriate to assign subordinate officials to this matter, investigations should be conducted and reported immediately. Furthermore, regarding Mikuni port, transactions with other places shall continue as before, but strict attention should be paid to controlling trade with the castle town
