出入無滞候事
一瓦御門御在国中当番四人ツヽ
但御門出入改之儀是迄之御座所御門御同様之事
一御唐門当番壱人ツヽ
一御台所脇御門当番壱人ツヽ
右三ケ所御門是迄御城代組当番相勤候処以来御持筒組当番可相勤事
一北不明御門当番壱人ツヽ
一御天守台下御門当番壱人ツヽ
一水車御門当番壱人ツヽ
右三ケ所御門御城代組当番可相勤事
但水車御門番所之儀ハ新規出来事
一謙五郎様御座所御住居ニ付御座所中ノ口当番并御用使兼元御附御小人三人
ツヽ相勤候処御帰国以来ハ中ノ口番人被相止右御小人御座所御門当番并御用
使兼帯可相勤事
一於御本丸多葉粉験候儀御帰国以来ハ享保年中以前之通御免被成候事
但年始朔之坐を初諸士出仕之節并武芸御覧等之節於席々ハ可為無
用事
一御座所御門之儀以来元御座所御門与相唱可申事
右之通面々へ可被申通候
四月十一日
別紙之通可申渡旨 上領郡奉行
○大桐村炭焼宇津尾村薪稼方之儀ニ付鷹打山峰通りゟ漆泥掛五十間内
ハ伐木被指留候間以来無心得違締方厳重可相守事
四月廿五日 山奉行へハ御奉行ゟ可申渡旨
江戸ニ而 御目付 笹川藤内
○定府侍中養子取組之儀別紙之通被仰出候其段向々へ可被致通達候

一定府之面々養子之儀是迄他家中ゟ之取組も御吟味之上願之通被仰付候
得共向後御侍以上他家中ゟ之取組ハ被指留候尤遣方之儀ハ不苦候
但女子縁組之儀ハ是迄之通相心得可申事

出入りに滞りなきこと
一、瓦御門は御在国中当番四人ずつ
ただし御門出入り改めの件はこれまでの御座所御門と同様のこと

右三ヶ所御門はこれまで御城代組当番が相勤めていたところ、今後は御持筒組当番が相勤めること

ただし年始朔日の座を初め諸士出仕の節並びに武芸御覧等の節、席々においては無
用とすること
一、御座所御門の件について、今後は元御座所御門と呼ぶべきこと
右の通り面々へ申し通すべきである

けれども、今後御侍以上他家中からの取り組みは差し留められる。もっとも遣り方の件は苦しからず

1. Kawara Gate shall have four guards on duty while the lord is in residence
However, gate entry/exit inspection procedures shall be the same as at the previous residence gate
1. Kara Gate shall have one guard on duty each
1. Kitchen side gate shall have one guard on duty each
For the above three gates, whereas castle deputy group guards have served duty until now, henceforth gun-bearing group guards shall serve duty
1. North Fumei Gate shall have one guard on duty each
1. Gate below the main keep platform shall have one guard on duty each
1. Suisha (Water Wheel) Gate shall have one guard on duty each
For the above three gates, castle deputy group guards shall serve duty
However, the Suisha Gate guardhouse is a new establishment
1. Regarding Kengoro-sama's residence quarters, whereas three attendant pages each have served duty as inner gate guards and combined messenger service,
since the lord's return to domain, the inner gate guards have been discontinued, and said pages shall serve combined duty as residence gate guards and messengers
1. Regarding tobacco smoking in the main keep, since the lord's return it is permitted as before the Kyōhō era
However, it shall be prohibited at formal seats including New Year's Day ceremonies when retainers attend court and during martial arts demonstrations
1. Regarding the residence gate, henceforth it shall be called the Former Residence Gate
The above shall be communicated to everyone concerned

○Regarding charcoal burning in Ōkiri village and firewood gathering in Utsuo village, tree cutting is prohibited within fifty ken from Takauchizan ridge path to Urushidorokake, so henceforth strict supervision shall be maintained without misunderstanding

○Regarding adoption arrangements among permanent Edo residence samurai, it has been announced as per the attached document, so this matter shall be communicated to relevant departments

1. Regarding adoptions by permanent Edo residence personnel, until now adoptions from other domains were also approved upon investigation as requested,
but henceforth adoptions of samurai rank and above from other domains are prohibited. However, sending [sons to other domains] remains acceptable
